My dog has been limping aroundbfor about a month. She seems to have hurt her right leg. She starts to feel better and then she will play and then she hurts it again. What should we do?

My dog was in a little dog fight a couple weeks ago - the other dog got her pretty good in the nose but it’s healed. Since then, she sounds more congested ...and her eyes are constantly weeping. They had never done that in the past. Should I be concerned?

My dog just cut his paw. it appears quite deep and is raw. I cleaned it and wrapped it in gauze, but he seems to be in pain. Can I give him a pain reliever such as aspirin? He is a 3 yr old lab and weighs 75 pounds and is in good health.

I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel aged 4 and just in the last few days when we arrived home we found him shivering and listless. He has since not been able to jump up onto the chair where he normally lies. He tries but only lifts himself a few inches off the ground, but his back legs are not getting off the ground. I have tried checking his back legs and back but he shows no signs of discomfort. What might be the problem?

Our 4 year old Blue Heeler slipped while playing; he (neutered) did the splits both front and rear legs. This happened about 2 weeks ago and most of the day he gimps on his left rear leg. He is a housedog but spends a lot of the day helping around the ranch. What can we do for him?

My shar-pei has what appears to be a cracked claw on his rear paw. The toe the claw is on is swollen and tender and he is holding the paw up and not walking on it. What is the proper treatment for this condition or does the claw need to be removed? He is an inside dog and in great health otherwise. Thanks

My dog ripped a nail out--I don't know how she did it. How do I get it to stop bleeding? I put ice on it, but if I put her down it bleeds again.

I think my pup hurt his foot by scratching at his kennel door(crate). He's been favoring it and limping. I see no visible injury and he doesn't yelp or whimper when I touch it, but he is limping and holding it up. What can I do for him? Would a children's Advil® or something along those lines help? He's an 8 month Basenji & weighs 22lbs.

Our 18 month old lab seems to have bruised his paw jumping off a high place on Sunday. He limps some and seems somewhat mellow for him. However, when we examine the leg/paw, we find no specific trigger point and get no wincing whatsoever. Any advice aside from aspirin and rest?
